VCOW is a mobile practice providing basic affordable veterinary care for pet owners.

Our hours are between 9am-4pm weekdays only. We cannot always respond to emergency calls, but we will do our best to help you connect with someone who can. Routine charges are a $48 call-out fee and $50 per/15min of hands-on time. Added time if needed @ $4 per/min.

Home euthanasia is a flat fee of $170 (Cremation services are additional) and Rabies Certificates are $15 per animal.

We carry a comprehensive inventory of medications on the road and offer our associated pharmacy above with client access for preventative medications and more. Please note we do not work with any other online pharmacy.

VCOW SERVICES

Preventative Care services include rabies certificates, annual vaccination protocols, appropriate deworming protocols, heart worm and tick disease screening (and treatment) and appropriate prevention medication tailored to each animal and environment. We offer litter discounts for health-checks and vaccinations.

Feral Cat Care — we welcome to work with you for feral cat care. But please call ahead to make a plan for both our immediate care or to coordinate with capture for trap/neuter/release — please note VCOW does NOT perform the surgery.

Medical Care services offer basic diagnostics and treatments including — Skin/allergy infections. Urinary tract infection and/or incontinence. Ear infections. Wound care. First round GI issues such as vomiting, diarrhea and inappetence. Management of acute lameness/chronic osteoarthritis. Management of anxiety. Management of nutrition.

Referral Care services include recognition and assessment of complex medical and/or surgical cases and those that require more advanced diagnostics. We will arrange referral to a veterinary clinic of your choice.

Our Hospice Care offers home euthanasia, cremation, and end-of-life support for your pet and yourself.
